Recently, the first batch of polyimide (PI) monomer products from Ningbo Shixian Technology Co., Ltd. have been packaged and officially shipped to designated customers.
The first batch of polyimide (PI) monomer products of the company are produced by the Henan processing base, which is one of the demonstration industrial production lines of the company. It is the main product line of Anji's high-end new materials before it is put into production, and also the main base for market development and team training at present. Since the company's decision at the end of September 2024, the production line has taken less than 3 months from equipment installation and commissioning to trial production, and then to qualified products leaving the factory.
In order to ensure the rapid mass production and delivery needs of polyimide (PI) monomer products, each department has its own responsibilities and forms a strong synergy. From site selection, process design, equipment installation and commissioning, raw material entry, production process control, finished product quality control, finished product packaging, logistics assurance, etc., meticulous planning and arrangements are made to press the "fast forward button" throughout the production process, ensuring efficient and high-quality completion of customer orders. This is also an important milestone in the industrial technology verification and talent cultivation of our company's polyimide (PI) monomer materials.
The production of qualified products at the Henan base this time fully reflects the company's technological maturity and reliability, and also proves that the company has a strong talent team with excellent ability to overcome "urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy" tasks.
In addition, Ningbo Shixian Technology Co., Ltd. actively promotes the construction of the "Green Co production of High end New Materials Project for Renewable Resources" in Anji County Chemical Industrial Park, Huzhou City. The first phase of the project will construct a 3600 tons/year high-end electronic grade polyimide monomer material workshop, which is a further expansion of the Henan base. Through the application of intelligent technology systems such as intelligent warehousing, numerical production, intelligent production execution system, and cargo transportation visualization, it will create a green, low-carbon, and intelligent production and manufacturing base, achieving lean operation with high quality, low consumption, and efficient collaboration.
