Metaphenylenediamine is an important fine chemical intermediate that urgently needs to be developed in China. It can be used to synthesize polyurethane, polyimide electronic chemicals, xylene nylon resin, 1,3-di (aminomethyl) cyclohexane, serialized epoxy resin, rubber additives, pesticides, fiber finishing agents, rust inhibitors, chelating agents, lubricants, paper processing agents, etc.
At present, the main products of meta phenylenediamine are Mitsubishi from Japan, with a production capacity of about 75000 tons. Currently, there is no effective production capacity in China. The implementation of this project can break the foreign monopoly of this technology and promote the development of high-end epoxy resin and high-temperature nylon new materials in China.
